Part-Time Receptionist

We are currently looking for a people-focused administrative professional to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. In this role you will serve as the “face” of our firm, working with our clients and members of the public in person and on the phone, as well as providing light administrative work support for the Firm. This job is a part-time role, with a minimum requirement of three days a week, and the flexibility to work additional hours as needed during the tax season (February – April 15), including one to two Saturday mornings a month.


Key areas of responsibility:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Answering and distributing incoming calls
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area
  • Maintaining our client database
  • Letter and document preparation
  • Receiving and sorting mail
  • Filing and maintaining our digital filing system
  • Helping with ordering and coordinating of office needs
  • Other light administrative and clerical support as needed
