Julie Kondras, CPA

Julie is a Senior Manager within Walz Group’s Assurance Division, bringing decades of experience across public accounting and time spent in the private sector. She specializes in business and individual tax planning, year-end compliance, and works closely with clients on special projects that require thoughtful coordination and follow-through.

In her role, Julie oversees assurance division staffing, manages work assignments, and supports the day-to-day flow of engagements to ensure teams and clients are set up for success. She is known for her collaborative approach.

Julie is also committed to developing the next generation of professionals and serves as a mentor with the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce’s Discovering Paths program, helping students explore career opportunities and build confidence in their professional paths.
