Marketing Manager
Natalia leads brand strategy, digital marketing, and client engagement across the firm. She partners closely with leadership and internal teams to strengthen visibility, maintain brand consistency, and clearly communicate Walz Group’s expertise across platforms.
With her experience in marketing and business development, Natalia has built and executed strategies spanning social media, content creation, events, email marketing, print publications, partnerships, and website optimization. Her work includes launching thought leadership initiatives, like the firm’s podcast, managing complex event planning, training staff on digital presence, and translating technical accounting and advisory topics into accessible, relevant content.
Natalia is deeply invested in community impact and nonprofit engagement, frequently collaborating with local organizations and initiatives to support meaningful causes through strategic storytelling and outreach. She brings a relationship-focused approach to her work and believes the strongest brands are built through trust, clarity, and consistency.
