Tracy has an exceptional ability to connect with her clients and the inner workings of their businesses. Accordingly, she is one of the firm’s best resources for outsourced controllership and CFO functions when a business has a vacancy at the top of their accounting department.

With an astute capacity for managing engagements that involve multiple related businesses, Tracy is adept at ascertaining the impact of a transaction on the many tentacles of complex entities.

Among Tracy’s administrative tasks are managing the ongoing operations of the Assurance Division, including scheduling the workloads of the department staff. Her passion for seeing her co-workers succeed is evident in the education and training roles that she partakes in.
