Meredith’s Promotion to Principal

The Walz Group is proud to announce the promotion of Meredith Reinhart to Principal, effective January 2026.

Meredith’s promotion marks an exciting milestone for both her and the firm. Since joining Walz Group in 2023 as a Director, Meredith has demonstrated a strong alignment with our values, our clients, and our commitment to thoughtful, high-quality work. Her attention to detail, resilience, and collaborative approach have made a meaningful impact across the firm in a short period of time.

To celebrate this achievement, Walz Group recently hosted a reception at the Lancaster Country Club, bringing together our team, Meredith’s family and friends, and valued clients. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognize her accomplishments and the relationships she has built along the way.

With more than eighteen years of experience in public accounting, Meredith works closely with businesses and individuals with complex tax needs. She is known for her ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike, serving as a trusted advisor while helping business owners achieve their financial and operational goals. Meredith also plays an integral role in mentoring and developing the next generation of CPAs, leading teams with clarity, care, and purpose.

Meredith’s areas of expertise include tax, assurance, and business advisory services, with a focus on manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. Meredith is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Beyond her professional work, Meredith remains engaged in the local community and is on the board of Lancaster Cleft Palate, reflecting her commitment to giving back and staying connected to the community we proudly serve.
